Manzoni of Veneto Igt

Vine: Manzoni Bianco 6.0.13 (Renan Riesling x Pinot bianco)

Production area: Marca Trevigiana, consisting of clayey and mixed mixture grounds.

Vine training: Sylvoz, with 4000 plants per hectare.

Production per hectare: 100 quintals of grapes

Harvest period: first 10days of September

Winemaking: white wine vinification , with soft grapes juicing and fermentation under controlled temperature. 5 month-long refining on fine lees before final bottling.

Colour: straw yellow with greenish hues.
Smell: full and rich, with clear notes of wisteria, exotic fruit and citrus, blended by mediterranean spices.
Mouthfeel: smooth and savoury. A mineral body gives length and a final pleasant aroma.

Serving temperature: 10 °C

Alcohol: 13,00% vol
Sugar: 5 g/l
Acidity rate: 5,6 g/l
