Production area: the vineyards are situated in the Province of Treviso, on a flat area consisting of alluvial soil of various mixture

Production per hectare: 120 quintals per hectare
Harvest period: in the third or fourth week of September
Winemaking: red wine vinification of selected ripe grapes ,with 8-10 day-long skin contact. Following completion of the malolactic fermentation in steel vessels. Final 6 month-long maturation in steel tanks, bottling in the Summer followed by further aging in bottles for 2 or 3 months.
Colour: bright deep ruby red with purple hues.
Smell: complex, of violet and bramblerose together with small red fruit hints
Mouthfeel: dry and convincing, fresh and crisp, with a medium body and a pleasant fruity aftertaste
Serving temperature: 14°-16°C
Alcohol: 12,20% vol
Sugar: 4 g/l
Acidity rate: 5,20 g/l
