Winemaking: 10-12 hour-long cold skin contact together with wine must. Soft pressing and following temperature controlled fermentation in steel tanks
Secondary fermentation method: Martinetti – Charmat
Colour: soft pink with copper hues
Perlage: smooth, persistent and velvety
Smell: intensely aromatic with clear hints of flowers, rose petals, exotic fruit and a soft citrus final.
Mouthfeel: sweet and delicate, elegantly crisp, with a balanced and long aftertaste
