Winemaking: vinification in white with soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation at controlled temperature.
Sparkling method: Martinotti.
Colour: bright pale yellow with greenish reflections.
Perlage: classy and elegant.
Perfumes: wide and intense, on a base of white flowers, green apple and white peach are leading the aromas.
Taste: fresh and sharp. In harmony with the perfuse perception, the sourness note emerge, ending with a pleasant mineral and salty sensation.
