Extra dry wine Prosecco Doc of Treviso

Vine: Glera 100%.

Production area: the vineyards are located in Province of Treviso, inside Prosecco Doc area.

Vine training: Sylvoz and double inverted.

Production per hectare: maximum 180 quintals of grapes.

Harvest period: from mid-September to mid-October.

Winemaking: white vinification with soft pressing of the grapes and fermetation at controlled temperature.

Sparkling method: Martinotti.


Colour: mistred straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Perlage: thin and delicate.
Perfumes: intense, typically fruity and floral.
Taste: fresh and sharp with good structure and an aromatic finale.


Serving temperature: 6-8 °C

Alcohol: 11.00% vol
Sugar residual: 12 g/l
