Production area: vineyards are located in province of Treviso, inside area Doc Prosecco.
Training system: Sylvoz and double inverted.
Per hectare yield: max. 180 quintals.
Harvest period: from mid-September to mid-October.
Winemaking: white vinification with soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation at controlled temperature.

Colour: light pale yellow with greenish reflections.
Perlage: creamyness and sharpness makes this spumante elegant and bright.
Perfumes: classy and aromatic with characteristic white flowers, apple and peach.
Taste: well balanced, dry and intense with a pleasant smooth and persistent finale.
